Hello everyone, starting today, I would be eating healthy and exercising to achieve my goals.

Goals

1. To start a healthy lifestyle

2. Get fit and toned

3. More energetic

4. Instill more activities in life

To-Do for 86 days

1. Exercise daily (run, skip, swim)

2. Eat healthy (subway, soupy noodles, salads)

3. Sleep early

4. Wake early

5. Get enough water

So, I am starting on the 30 Days Shred today, coupled with healthy eating. Let's see

how I go!
